When the axis "testosterone: estrogen axis" is disturbed, we will tend to be highly sexual or lustful.

One of the way, "testosterone: estrogen axis" can be disturbed is consumption of red meat, pepper, chilies, and vinegar.


Obesity and gigantism, on the other hand, is due to the high intake of growth hormone. Growth hormone is present in meat products and the exhilarating factor is sugary foods.

Some cancers are due to hormonal imbalances as well.


Reduction in the consumption of hormone will make us leads a more healthy lifestyle.

The Equianimity of Yin and Yang: When there is no more hope or fear

When there is no more hope or fear we reach equanimity of yin and yang.

Those who have hope are those who have done something and hope to be known of and those who have fear are those who have done something and hope not to be known for, which is akin to the yin and yang of black and white.

When there is no hope and fear. Greed, anger, and delusion perish.

For we live for today.

Life greatest moments waits for us, which is today. Sufficient for today to take care of itself. A living dog is better than a dead lion.

Why?

When there is a hope or fear for tomorrow, this can leads to the greed of living or life continuum, and without which, we can live in one moment in time such as  in

When there is greed. Unfulfilled greed leads to anger. Sublime anger leads to delusion.

Therefore, when there is no more hope or fear. We reach equanimity, which is the basis of wisdom.

Ability to Sleep, Eat, Drink and Toileting is a Blessing from God.

One day, Mr. Sleep, Mr. Eat, and Mr. Drink decided to go for competition and see how long they can stand without the other.

Mr. Sleep would just go to sleep and not worry about eating or drinking.

Mr. Eat will just eat to his desire and not worry about sleeping or drinking.

While Mr. Drink will drink to his desire and not worry about sleeping or eating.

Mr. Sleep was having a great time initially as Mr. Sleep was always in a dream state and get all the best thing he needs, in his dream.

Mr. Eat was having the best time eating and forget even to sleep or drink. He gets his fluid supply from the food that he eats.

Mr. Drink was having such a good time drinking that he forget to sleep or even to eat.

As days pass, all of them become very sick,

Mr. Sleep was becoming very thin due to undernourishment and his bone and hairs were fragile due to lack of fluid.

Mr. Eat was starting to becoming mad because he was unable to rejuvenate his brain through the process of sleeping.

Mr. Drink was both malnourished and mad due to his drinking habit.

At last, they conclude that they need to work hand in hand and none of them (Sleep, Eat or Drink) were more important than the other.

Mr. Toileting was a little bit late, but all three of them admit, that if they can sleep, eat and drink, they surely cannot live without proper toileting.

All for one and one for all.

Roller Coaster Ride: The Doubt Fear Anger Acceptance Cycle

When We learn something new.

We need to go through the Doubt-Fear-Anger-Acceptance cycle.

Say, Someone, advised me to sit a Drive-less car at a roller coaster.

First of all, I will doubt the safety of the car.

Then, I will be very fearful of my safety, when I go for the first time.

Later, I will be very angry or displease for not knowing such a gift exist.

Finally, I will accept it and put it as part of my life.

So, we go through:

1. Doubt
2. Fear
3. Anger
4. Acceptance.

Moral of the story: Patience and wisdom lead a wise man to be wiser.

Marriage is make in Heaven (A Perfect Love Story)

Based on the premise, "Marriage is made in heaven."

Once upon a time, there is a hunchback, known as Notre Dame.

The Hunchback felt in love with a beautiful princess.

The princess was looking for someone that can love her with pure, unconditional, sacrificial love.

So, the princess asks all her male subjects to prove their love for her.

Some would give her all his property, his heart, his life or even his soul to be with her.

However, Notre Dame said that he will give her a love story.

Notre Dame tells her the story, that in the early part of creation, "God make him handsome and make her an ugly old hog, but he pleaded with God to make her as pretty as possible and make him be a hunchback as of today."

With this, the beautiful princess put the crown on Notre Dame.

As Notre Dame fulfill the law of pure, unconditional, sacrificial love.

Moral of the story: Marriage is made in heaven.

Everything is a Gift of God: Can an Elephant wear the Clothes of a Peacock?

Everything is a Gift of God.

You will think, I am being insane.

Let us see our fear or flight response, which is our sympathetic response, or better known as our stress response.

Another of our response is our parasympathetic or relax response.

When, we are angry, sick or tired our stress response will be activated as we are on guard or alert all the time.

When, we are happy, joyous and relax, our relax response is activated.

So, when we start laughing, we are happy and we have a good appetite as our happy neurotransmitters and hormone is working well.

Our bodily structure is divided into three categories: Lion, Tiger, and Peacock.

Being an elephant, animal of the wild, we should thank God for what we have and not look for what we lack as Elephant too have its blessing. The blessing of an elephant is low stress, good appetite, good sleep, friendly and most important is happy and joyous all the time.

Peacock and tiger, as always, have their blessing too - which is elegant, beauty, savory, polite and happiness.

As the saying goes, "All is in the mind"

Moral of the story: Thank God for what we have and not chase after the wind due to our covetousness.

Mr Truth and Mrs Love with their child, Master Family.

At the end of creation, Mr. Truth and Mrs. Love speak from the heart.

They have been good partners all the while. So, they were arguing which way of teaching the child, Master Confuse is better.

Mrs. Love claimed that she been guiding the child, all the while, with motherly love.

Mr. Truth said that love without truth is blinded-love.

Mrs. Love said that truth without love is bitter truth.

Master Confuse, which is adult by now, claimed that "if blinded love mixed with bitter truth, it becomes Pure, Unconditional Sacrificial Love."

Both, Mr. Truth and Mrs. Love were so happy to hear their child answer.

Master Confuse continue as a Family now, I will be call Master Family (not Master Confuse) or in other words, "Master of Father and Mother I Love you."

As a result, Mr. Truth, Mrs. Love and Master Family lived happily ever after in a happy family.

Moral of the story: Father and Mother I Love you is the acronym for Family, the fifth commandments.

Save by the Bell: The Devil encounter with Count Draculla.

At the end of creation, there is only 1 place left to go to heaven.

The Devil and Mr. Draculla met.

The Devil, evil as usual.

Mr. Draculla, thirsty for blood as always.

The Devil offered his blood to Mr. Draculla.

Mr. Draculla rejected the Devil's blood.

The Devil asked Mr. Draculla, "Is the Devil's blood also blood?"

Mr. Draculla answered, "I trust the blood of others, but not, the Devil's blood."

As usual, when two minds met they will exchange.

Mr. Draculla offered eternal life to the Devil.

The Devil declined, "Why should I have eternal life. Life is so good."

Mr. Draculla was puzzled and said with a low tone, "This is the first time someone declined an eternal life."

The Devil answered, "If you can offer eternal life, why are you still in need of blood every day."

Mr. Draculla kept quiet and answered after a few moments of silence, "You are right, Mr. Devil."

As a result, both enter heaven.

You will ask me "Why?"

The answer is "Wind of change enters their minds."

The Devil was giving something with a pure heart, able to save a soul and was not on his trick as usual.

Mr. Draculla realized that he has eternal life and not in need of blood addiction for his survival anymore.

Everyone rejoices in heaven forever more.

Moral of the story: Teach a wise man and he will be wiser.

Trust: The Devilish child encounter with the headmaster.

One Gloomy day,

A devilish boy was sent to the headmaster for counseling.

The boy met the headmaster and they have a good discussion of the weather.

The boy said that it is going to rain.

The headmaster handed the key to his car to the boy.

The boy was surprised and asked, "why do you give me the key when you know I am a corruptible devilish child."

The headmaster answered, "I trust you."

The boy asked, "why?"

The headmaster answered that he loves the boy.

The boy asked again, "why?"

The headmaster told the boy that the boy success is his success.

The boy enquired more.

The headmaster replied that "A Teacher creed is to see his students more successful than him."

As a result, the boy paradigm in life changed and the boy decided to be a real man and not a devilish boy anymore.

Moral of the story: Trust and Love will transform the heart.

Teamwork: The Amalgamation of Research into a Book

One day, Mr. Research met Mr. Publisher and he wanted to publish a book.

Mr. Publisher advised Mr. Research "Please get a team to do it. You cannot do it, on your own."

So, Mr. Research began his quest to get a Team to publish a book.

At first, he consulted Mr. Title and his wife Madam Topic.

Then, He consulted their children, Master Abstract for an overview.

Master Abstract bought a couple of friends with him.

They were Miss Introduction, Master Literature Review, Madam Methodology, Mr. Result, Grandma Discussion, and Grandpa Conclusion.

Miss Introduction introduces herself about the topic of interest, her definitions, her problems, her hypothesis, her objectives, and the keywords to know her better.

Master Literature Review shows them the work that has been done before, together with the significant, contribution and limitation.

Madam methodology discusses material and methods to complete the book, together with the right statistic and test to make sure the book is of publishing material based on the reliability and validity statistics.

Mr. Results works wonders by showing the result and explained them in raw language.

While Grandma Discussion blends Mr. Results data with Miss Introduction objective and compares it with Master Literature Review to support or against the finding of Mr. Result. Grandma discussion comes to the inference on the topic of interest from Madam Topic before sending the verdict to Grandpa conclusion for his final say.

Grandma discussion discusses in details about the inference, the limitation, the significance of the study and the future needs of the topic as presented by Madam Topic.

Grandpa Conclusion make the final decision or conclusion whether the research is significant to be publish as a publication material.


With all the help garnered Mr Research completed the book and send it to Mr Publisher for publishing.

Mr Publisher accepted the publication, but it takes months for the publication to enter into good recording journals or review articles.

Mitochondria: The Motherly Sacrifice that make all Eukaryotic Cell a Reality.

This a story that begins from a time before time, All cells are prokaryotic in nature.

A prokaryotic cell is differentiated from the eukaryotic cell, due to the presence of mitochondria, that make the life of the multicellular cell (eukaryotic) possible.

A time before time, the prokaryotic cell contains a nucleus, cytoplasm, ribosome, and cellular membrane. However, these cells cannot generate enough energy, to make multicellular organism a reality.

As time goes by, one of the cells sacrifice their freedom, to another cell and become the mitochondria, that generate the adequate energy, required for the multi cellular organism.

Mitochondria are required as our super storehouse, for aerobic metabolism, to produce ATP, that will be used, as the source of energy for the rest of our body.

If we were to check our cell, there is 2 different chromosome, at the nucleus and the mitochondria.

Mitochondria chromosome is inherited by our mother's ancestor directly, while the chromosome in our nucleus. is formed from the miosis process, from our father and mother.

Therefore, Love our Mother and Father.

Moral of the story: Loving our Mother and Father is the Greatest Blessing.
