The millionaire bus driver.

In the 1950s, in New York, lived a very poor school bus driver. He was as poor as a church mouse.

Nevertheless, he aspired to be able to give his children a proper education and be able to provide for his old ages.

So, he went for a course on financial management and learned how to invest intelligently in the stock market.

Fast forward to 1990s, he was able to send seven of his children to universities, with two doctors and one lawyer in his family from his investment and retired as a multi-millionaire as a school bus driver.

How was he able to do that?

He invested intelligently. He buys only shares with dividend and high earning with high Net Tangible Assets (NTA).

Congrats to the multi-millionaire school bus driver.

Moral of the story:

In the short term, a stock market is a voting machine.

In the long term, a stock market is a weighing machine.

God Bless you,

Alexander consultation with Aristotle on Opportunity

What do you see, when you come across the word opportunity.

Once, there lived a young boy Alexander, who have severe difficulty to make a business decision, whether to invest or not to invest in a new business venture.

He consulted a famous philosopher, Aristotle

The philosopher asked him to follow the "SWOT analysis"

Alexander wrote down:

1. Strength of the business

2. The weakness of the business

3. Opportunities in the business

4. The threat of the business.

The philosopher then guides him further:

1. Use your strength to overcome your threat

2. Use your weakness as an opportunity.

Alexander asked what is an opportunity then?

Opportunity means calculated risk during danger or what we say, we need to be able to fish in troubled water, whereby we use, our weakness as chances to expand our market share or resources.

Alexander asked how?

Aristotle Answer that we should used a blue ocean strategy, which encompasses:

1. Horizontal Integration

2. Vertical Integration.

3. Diagonal Integration,

Alexander learned a good lesson today.

Surviving the 22nd Century: Survival Mentality of Persistence

In the 22nd Century, the company that will survive is a company that is full of hardworking and prudence people with a survival mentality of Persistence.

The most important resources in a company or a country are their workforce.

A company will only be strong if a country produces high-quality product and service at a competitive price.

Back to the working class, if we want to be successful, we must produce high-quality service or product.

Greediness, Stupidity, and Laziness is the recipe for disaster.

A man needs to work smarter and not harder.

We need to be both creative and innovative to survive the 22nd Century.

If we are out of a job, we need to go for more education, to make us a better fighter in this game of life.  As we go for further education, our network will be improved and our agility to survive in the real world will also increase.

Just remember whether we study or not, whether we do meaningful work or not, time will catch up with us. Time waits for no man.

Law of the land "is to do more than what you are paid for and you will be rewarded accordingly."

Like Muhammad Ali always say "the only way to win in boxing is to continue the fight on."

Moral of the story: 1. Do more than what you are paid for and 2. Time waits for no man.

A man encounter with angel of Death.

One day, the angel of death came knocking at the door of a man.

Angel of death asked the man, "Are you ready?"

The man answered, "No. I have so many unfinished businesses. So be lenient on me."

Angel of death, "I will give you a week and that is all, You have."

The man came to his senses and wonder what he can bring to the next world,

"Only our reward, righteousness and memory can we bring to the next world."

The rest of the things in the world is only "vanity of vanity."

Life is just only a myth or mirage like the burning of incense:

When the incense finish, our life ends.

Therefore, when our path cross treasured those that live around us.

Our path might not cross again unless it is God's will.

The man also realized that "A living dog is better than a dead lion, as the dead know not the living and the dead have no more share of the reward and Our life path cross is with a reason."

Bless everyone that crosses our path.

Moral of the story: Life is just the vanity of vanity. Fear God, Follow his commandments.

Diverse Management Style from the Greek Goddess

The management of a family, company, business or organization has a varied similarity.

I will discuss 4 different diverse management style based on the Pantheon of Greek deities.

The first management style is based on Zeus, whereby the head of the family rule. Zeus is also the founder in an organization and his motto is "My way or the highway."

The second management style is based on Apollo, whereby everything that comes out from the organization is based on consensus and the motto is "All for one, One for All" aka creed of the comrades or communist form of manifestos.

The third management style is based on Athena, whereby there is a warring fraction.  The organization was preparing for war, as the organization's existence, is at stake. This is also known as the application of Marshal Law in an organization. The motto is "I will survive."

The fourth management style is based on Dionysius, whereby an organization survived on "Laissez Faire", whereby the organization is controlled through vessels or delegates and the organization believes in the concept of "invincible hands." The invincible hands will reward the good and punish the mediocre. The motto is "The more productive you are, the higher your reward" aka creed of Liberty.

Different time needs different organizations as the universe come from unstructured uncivilized to structure uncivilized and will be unstructured civilized as time progress with the "invincible hands" of God.

Jealousy is a Grievance love problem

One day, Miss Jealous met Mr. Love and asked Mr. Love to cure her of jealousy.

Mr. Love told her that she needs to overcome her grievance of lack of being love.

She asked Mr. Love, "How?"

Mr. Love answered, "Just be your true self - The true self that love yourself, love your husband, love your parents, love your brothers and most important is to love God."

She asked, "How?"

Mr. Love answered, "Don't carry emotional baggage with you anymore. Carry love, joy, and happiness with you from now."

She asked, "How?"

Mr. Love answered, "Forgive and forget all those hurt feeling that makes you sad, unpleasant, small or worthless - Be a new creation under God."

She answered, "It is very difficult."

Mr. Love replied. "Yes, but if you are dependent on God. God will empty those negative feeling and replace these feeling with a positive one as God is above space, time and matter and God is the one that gives us those feeling in the first place. So, try to be dependent on him. Be Strong. Save one, Help one."

Miss Jealous praised and prayed to God earnestly for a miracle and suddenly a Double rainbow appeared.

Moral of the story: If you win the world, but you lose God is to no avail.

Bipolar Disorder: Dr Jones/Mr Hades

Once upon a time lived a very kind and good doctor, Dr. Jones.

Dr. Jones will just help the poor, cure the sick and donate for the widow without any second thought.

Dr. Jones was cultivating more and more righteousness day by day.

He was so strict on himself that he forget about he being human. A human being is a man born with the good, the bad and the ugly. There is no human that is righteous and sin naught.

As he develops or cultivates more stringent practice, his primal instinct become worse as he becomes stressful or falls asleep. Our primal instinct is the need for food, power, and sex.

As time passes, he develops two characters in a mortal body: an Angel in the morning and a devil in the night (aka Mr. Hades).

His friends and relatives see the changes in him. He is very good and kind in the morning, but turn bad and sour as the night approaches.

Some of his acquaintances, advised him to seek God, some suggest exorcism, some suggest which hunt.

Mr. Loves met Dr. Jones and ask him to love himself as

"Dr. Jones become Mr. Hades because he forgets to love himself."

Sometimes, it is not wrong to:

1.  Spend more time with yourself,
2.  Spend time with your hobby,
3.  Spend time eating the favorite cake or ice cream,
4.  Spend time taking care of yourself,
5.  Simply buy a gift for yourself without a reason,
6. Spend time loving yourself.

The greatest love of all is to love yourself and everyone included animals wanted to be loved.

Moral of the story: Those that fulfill the law of love, fulfill the law.

What it really mean to love someone

Let us describe the real story of what it really means to love someone.

In order to really love someone,

We need to see the word Love itself.

To the Englishman, love is only Love or affection.

But to the Greek, Love is divided into 3.

So, to really love someone, we need to see all the three meaning of love.

Eros, Phalanx, and Agape.

1. We can love someone with Eros love which is aka Erotic, Couple or selfish love.

2. We can love someone with Phalanx love which is aka motherly or brotherly love also known as kinship love, whereby, we only want the person to be safe and maintain the well-being of the other person.

3. We can love someone with Agape love which is known as Godly love or sacrificial love.

Moral of the story: If we fulfill the law of love, we fulfill the law.

Tao Tee Ching: The Turtle Way

One day, a rich man, a clever person, an evil person and a man out of love met Mr. Turtle and they want to be richer, cleverer, more powerful and find real love.

Mr. Turtle, who is believed to carry the EARTH on his back, is the wisest and oldest creature on EARTH.

So, he gives all of them the various form of answers.

His diverse answer to all of them is as follow:

1. To the rich man:

He said, "the richest man is the poorest and the poorest man is the richest."

2. To the clever person:

He said, "the most clever person is the stupidest and the stupidest person is the cleverest."

3. To the evil person:

He said, "the evilest person is the kindest and the kindest person is evil."

4. To the man out of love:

He said, "the man in love is out of love and the man out of love is in love."

All of them, nod in unison and is very happy with the answer given by Mr. Turtle.

Mr. Turtle told them this is the way of nature or what we call "Tao Tee Ching."
